and Exchanges Policy and Procedure

Satisfaction is Important to us:
- a. If you are not completely
satisfied with your order, return
it to Sterling City within 30 days of the date of order place for an
exchange, refund, or store credit. Sterling City must receive the order
item(s) NEW, not used and original sellable condition. Sterling City
will refund the item price paid plus tax (if applicable). All Shipping
charges are non-refundable. In order to get full refund or
exchange, please follow the procedures below.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number
Inspect your order items as
soon as possible. To return or exchange an item, you must
notify Sterling City within 24 hours of receiving merchandise by email
or phone. To notify us via email, send an email to
returns@sterlingcity.net with your original order number and list of
item number. All customized / personalized items are not refundable or
exchangeable. Please indicate the best way for us to contact you. To
notify us by phone, please call (800) 571-2489. You will be provided
with a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number and address to
which the item(s) should be sent. All returns must have an RMA Number.
NO EXCEPTIONS!
2.
Prepare Return package for shipment.
Please pack the item in its
original gift box and then place this gift box into a sturdy, exterior
box filled with sufficient cushioning on all sides of the gift box for
transport. The Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number must be
clearly marked on the outside of the box. Customer is responsible for
the costs of and arrangements for the shipment of the items being
returned. You must take reasonable care to ensure that the items are
not damaged during their return as well as obtain sufficient insurance
to cover the purchase price of the item(s) being returned in case of
damage during return shipment.
